Brookes Diamond Productions is Atlantic Canada’s most recognized entertainment production company and we’re dedicated to satisfying all of your entertainment needs. Principals Brookes Diamond and Fiona Diamond specialize in innovative landmark event productions concert promotion and artist development. including founding the nationally-televised Ha!ifax Comedy Festival, and the multi-media stage performance bringing together diverse cultures – DRUM! along with 360° immersive films at Sea Dome on the Halifax waterfront.
We have managed the careers of many major artists, including: Rita MacNeil, Sharon, Lois and Bram, Rankin Family and Bruce Guthro… and we have produced shows from Sydney Opera House to Royal Albert Hall to Times Square, New York City.

We source and book a wide range of talent for all occasions and love to work with clients to secure the artists that will make your event extraordinary. Our roster includes powerhouse young Nova Scotian singer/songwriter, Reeny Smith; Mark Critch of This Hour Has 22 Minutes and Son of a Critch; the indomitable Bette MacDonald, one of Canada’s top comedy performers; Maynard Morrison and rock legend Myles Goodwyn and his Just Between You and Me Live show and Friends of the Blues.
Concert promotions have included: Bruce Cockburn; Gordon Lightfoot; Barra MacNeils; Jerry Seinfeld; Tis The Season; Island Girls featuring Bette MacDonald, Heather Rankin, Lucy MacNeil (of the Barra MacNeils) and Jenn Sheppard, Cape Breton Summertime Revue and many more.
Recipients of numerous awards over their long career, the Diamonds were awarded the Chamber of Commerce Persons of the Year in 2009, and both were recipients of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 for their contribution to Canada. In 2016, the Diamonds were inducted into the inaugural Casino Music Nova Scotia Hall of Fame.

Since 1971, Brookes Diamond has been one of Atlantic Canada's leading entertainment producer/promoters of concerts, theatre shows, trade shows and special events. Among many awards and citations including Canadian Manager of the Year, he has also received ECMA Industry Builder Award; MNS Best Event Producer and Best Promoter; and ECMA Industry Person of the Year. Brookes managed the careers of Ryan’s Fancy, Rita MacNeil, Sharon, Lois, and Bram, and Bruce Guthro and has produced and promoted shows from the Sydney Opera House to Broadway. Brookes is creator and producer of Nova Scotia’s unique musical spectacular, DRUM!
FIONA DIAMOND | VICE-PRESIDENT
Fiona has been a principal in Brookes Diamond Productions since its incorporation in 1977. In that capacity she has been show producer, concert promoter, project manager, and marketing director. She created and founded the nationally-televised Ha!ifax Comedy Festival, which she sold in 2007, and promotes many East Coast tours such as Lord of the Dance, Gordon Lightfoot, The Barra MacNeils, and Bruce Cockburn. She recently brought in Jerry Seinfeld for the QEII Foundation fundraiser. She also manages comedian Bette MacDonald. Fiona was Event Chair for the 1998 10th Anniversary of the ECMA's in Halifax, served four years on the Executive of the Neptune Theatre Foundation Board; was an original Board Member of the Life Network in Toronto; and presently sits on the CAFÉ Nova Scotia Board.
